A meet and greet is the perfect way for us to connect before your pet’s care begins. It gives your pet a chance to get familiar with me in a calm setting, which helps ease anxiety later on. We’ll also go over their routine, personality, any quirks, and special needs—so I can care for them just the way you would. It’s all about building trust and making sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
When you contact us, please include the dates and times you’ll need care, your pet’s age and weight, any medical or behavioral notes, and your general location. It’s also helpful to know if you have a fenced yard or if your pet needs to be walked for bathroom breaks. After our meet and greet, we’ll send you a fillable PDF form to cover all the details—feeding schedules, medications, playtime preferences, and anything else we need to make your pet feel at home.
Definitely! For shorter visits, we’ll send you a quick update with a photo during or after each one. If we’re doing multiple visits throughout the day, you’ll get a photo and a summary at the end of the day. It’s our way of keeping you in the loop and making sure you know your pet is happy and well cared for.
The sooner, the better—especially around holidays or busy times. Booking early gives us time to go over everything, complete the paperwork, and make sure your pet gets exactly what they need.
Yes. A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to reserve your dates. The remaining balance is due after the first visit unless otherwise arranged.
Each visit includes fresh food and water, bathroom breaks or litter box cleaning, short walks or playtime, medication if needed, and lots of love and attention. We’ll also send you a photo update and can bring in mail, water plants, or check on the house if requested.

If your travel plans change and you return home early, please let me know as soon as possible. The $75 deposit is non-refundable and is used to reserve your dates. Unused visits are generally not refunded but may be applied as a credit toward a future booking.
